Enflite is excited to announce its new line of galley products including convection ovens, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, and microwaves.
Enflite’s zero-clearance convection ovens require no special ventilation or galley modification, saving you valuable space and weight. The entire unit remains cool to the touch, while inside the even-flow hot air distribution cooks your food at a constant temperature no matter where it is placed. The computerized, all-digital control allows you to control the temperature and shows when the oven is idle, preheating, ready for cooking, or even when the door is open.
Enflite’s ovens are extremely lightweight and available in standard and custom sizes. PMA’s are available on several models, and all ovens come with a one year warranty (extended options available).
Enflite’s line of refrigerators offers the choice of a stand alone refrigerator, stand alone freezer, stand alone chiller, or combination refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator/freezer line is constructed from a light weight aluminum shell and insulated with rigid foam that helps with the overall structural integrity of the unit, as well as in dampening noise. The electro polished interior finish assists in retaining cold air. The stainless steel door contains a dual seal to prevent loss of cold air.
Our refrigerators operate using a compressor system, much like a home refrigerator, and are very energy efficient, using a continuous draw of only 3 amps at the standard 28V DC power. The refrigerator has an operating range of 27° to 43° F, while the freezer operates between -9° and 9° F. Enflite’s refrigerator line comes in standard and custom sizes, and is backed by a one year warranty.
